    Since this has obviously been taken from a rolling train I don’t mind the motion blur, but the image also appears to be tilted CCW to me (as can be judged from the cloud "bellies" and the distant house on the left). Not too sharp altogether, yet the horizon line shows traces of oversharpening. Contrast too harsh, the trees on the right have almost black shadows.     I am still not sure, if I understand your point. For tilt judgement, you need verticals or a horizon at the open sea. The shoreline of Marina Bay however is not a horizontal line. What about leaving an annotation for me? I could bring back a little detail in photoshop, but it's a white shirt so I'm not missing much.
