  • Nomination By User:David Ross W --IamMM 09:22, 11 April 2021 (UTC)
  • Decline
  •  Support I like it --Mike1979 Russia 14:36, 11 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Too many artifacts, etc. Not a QI to me. -- Ikan Kekek 18:51, 11 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Per Ikan. Heavily overprocessed/oversharpened. Looks quite nice in preview, but catastrophic in full size view. --Smial 11:49, 13 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Oppose per others.--Peulle 10:49, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Oppose per others. The sky shouldn't have sharp edges. 1/1000s w/ ISO400 is too fast to capture all the details. --Trougnouf 09:06, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Oppose The motive is really stunning but the artefacts in full size kill it for me. -- Discostu 12:22, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
Total: 1 support (excluding the nominator), 5 oppose → Declined   --Peulle 16:41, 18 April 2021 (UTC)

  • Promotion
  •  Support Good quality. --Trougnouf 13:30, 6 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Focus not on the head. --A.Savin 21:42, 6 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Support OK 4 me. --Palauenc05 21:49, 9 April 2021 (UTC)
@Palauenc05: What exactly is OK? The missing focus on the head? I actually thought, correct focus is essential for animal photographies. --A.Savin 12:53, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
OK means that IMO the head is sharp enough for QI. What about other opinions? --Palauenc05 14:20, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Oppose not good enough for such an easy target. --Kallerna 16:43, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Support Would have preferred that this male mallard was looking towards camera, but acceptable for QI. --GRDN711 15:55, 13 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Support QI for me --Moroder 03:59, 15 April 2021 (UTC)

  • Nomination: Frozen fruit of Rosa rugosa covered with snow --LexKurochkin 20:10, 31 March 2021 (UTC)
  • Review
Oppose Too unsharp. Smaller aperture could have solved the problem. --Ermell 07:39, 5 April 2021 (UTC)
Comment I see your point, but there was different idea behind this photo. I wanted to have minimal possible DoF to focus viewer's attention on the fruit and snow. The second idea was to get nice bokeh of the pine needles behind the fruit. Closing aperture would not improve sharpness of the fruit and snow on it (it is already sharp with pixel size details, the image is not reduced, it is a crop of central part), but would make the image very different. As it is a bush with lots of twigs, behind these two twigs would be visible other ones, and the background would be blurred very differently. Let's discuss it. And thank you for the review. --LexKurochkin 20:16, 6 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Question LexKurochkin, I accept your argument, but then why didn't you crop out more of the background? -- Ikan Kekek 06:14, 7 April 2021 (UTC)
    •  Comment I'll try. --LexKurochkin 20:27, 7 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Comment Let me know when you do, and I'll take another look. -- Ikan Kekek 21:21, 8 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Support Thanks, very good. -- Ikan Kekek 16:34, 10 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Oppose underexposed, small, bad crop. --Kallerna 16:46, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Question How is this a bad crop? -- Ikan Kekek 05:50, 13 April 2021 (UTC)
  • Image is mostly OOF background. --Kallerna 09:10, 13 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Question You're definitely looking at the current version? How much more would you expect him to crop? -- Ikan Kekek 05:41, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
  •  Support Per Ikan --Commonists 20:05, 17 April 2021 (UTC)
