Below are a few recurring issues. Collected here together with their known solutions. Mark each file as {{Done}} instead of the whole section. If a section gets to long some of the images can be shifted to the archive
Error:
The files are missing their colour profiles and the MediaWiki tiff-renderer can therefore not handle the above images correctly (by comparison downloading the image views them rendered correctly). /André Costa (WMSE) (talk) 10:27, 17 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Quick and dirty solution: Download the broken file and a profile then run ExifTool with exiftool "-icc_profile<=Adobe_RGB_(1998).icc" DOWNLOADEDTIFF
Error in alpha layer (black/transparent sections in colour images)

Error
The alpha layers in the above images have som issue. Either resulting in transparencies or in missing parts of the image. Repair requires original to be fixed and new version to be provided.
The images above all link to an object which is not that being depicted. This is a distinct issue from images with miss-matching descriptions but no linked object.
I've gathered these into one post to make it easier to add these as they are being found. Please mark each row with {{done}} after it has been dealt with or the relevant number if it has been through some (but not all) of the steps below.
The process is roughly the following:
Find correct object.
Correct in CRM
Generate/write new description/gallery/categories
If necessary rename file (leaving a redirect behind)
Remove image from galleries of other images (as these are generated based on object) [if applicable]
Add image to galleries of other images showing the new object [if applicable]
The image title says that it is taken from the Anti-Lebanon, so you are right that it is Mount Lebanon we are looking at. Nevertheless the title seems to be correct. Sara Dixon (talk) 11:39, 1 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The source is impeccable, but.... there is something strange about this picture. It seems to show the reverse of a cross of the Order of the Black Eagle. So far, so good. But why is it attached to a ribbon of the Order of the Red Eagle? This can not be the plain orange ribbon of the Order of the Black Eagle. And then this: The cross of the Black Eagle was not worn around the neck! The grand cross of the Red Eagle was, but this is not the Red Eagle... The image is not a proper illustration of the useage of the cross of the Order of the Black Eagle. I have used Joerg Nimmergut's Deutsche Orden und Ehrenzeichen. ed. 1979, Page 758 ev as a reference. When decorations are concerned the devil hides in the detail... There are many pictures and descriptions, even in serious books, that state something that is not true. Sometimes descriptions in musea are wrong as well. It is a fact of life and what we take for real can change! This image is indeed useless for any encyclopaedic use. Being Danish, I really like this photo, but unfortunately, the official Swedish description contains three errors:
1+2) The years shown on the order are 1219, 1671, and 1808. (The museum's description incorrectly lists them as 1219, 1674 and 1803.)
3) King Christian X's royal cypher is correctly described as CXR, it is an abbreviation for "Christian X Rex"
FYI: This decoration predates 1952, so the correct name is "Dannebrogsmændenes hæderstegn". Since 1952, same decoration has been known as "Dannebrogordenens hæderstegn". ValentinianT / C22:21, 4 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Same errors as reported further up by me regarding another photo of LRK 1690:
1) The years shown on the order should be "1219, 1671, 1808".

Error:
These two images are incorrectly labeled as depicting the same object. Despite the image descriptions clearly stating that they are different coins ("Ett halvt öre. 1578" / "2 öre. 1573"). The attached object is that of 109066. /André Costa (WMSE) (talk) 06:54, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
