How to remove dust in plane window?

I have taken some pictures from a fight, like the right one. The plane window was dirty and there is some dark spot in the picture. Is there a tool to remove them? --維基小霸王 (talk) 05:27, 19 February 2022 (UTC)

@維基小霸王: You might be able to follow this tutorial: commons:cleaning up interference with Fourier analysis but where it instructs you to rub out high frequency signals in the Fourier-space view (bright spots) you'd paint over low frequency ones instead (dark spots).
