Images to rescale

Hello,

Due to a misunderstanding with the museum where the photographs were taken, I would need all images in category Category:Wik-nic at MAHG, 19 August 2018 to be resized to a maximum resolution of 1200×1200. Is there a bot susceptible of doing that?

Should a poor JPEG be upscaled?

Some user (unfamiliar to me) insists on keeping an upscaled JPEG file, bloated and ridden with artifacts. The alternative is of the same quality, but has the file size which its quality deserves. The user supplied no explanation of any kind. Revert? Incnis Mrsi (talk) 17:00, 5 June 2019 (UTC)

It looks like a still from a video, so it's always going have artifacting, but a higher resolution will only amplify that. We should use the version directly from the source: [1] (1280x720). clpo13_(talk) 17:05, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
