Oppose. Pretty good capture, but given that this is being nominated for a feature, it's just not that clear. The entire photo is pretty dark and not only the background but the man's face is noisy (if that's the right term for the kind of pixellated fuzziness that's visible at full size and still affects the photo's clarity at full-page size). -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 08:21, 14 March 2016 (UTC)
