 Comment Short answer: no. Longer answer: a) the swimmers knew that I was filming as we were in the same group and nobody opposed before or after uploading; b) from the footage I filmed I chose the file where the individuals are not recognizable; c) if you look at the Category:Estonian Wikipedia summer days 2021 there are several pictures of events with different individuals, it was a semi-public event and the participants could assume that their participation in different events will be photographed/filmed and the fact was announced in the mailinglist of the event--Sillerkiil (talk) 10:34, 25 October 2021 (UTC)
