Teenager photos from the United States Navy Band

I've been License Reviewing images from the United States Navy Band Flickr stream that User:Ser Amantio di Nicolao uploaded in late October by the thousand. Most are good, they're clearly public domain released photos by members of the US Navy, and so described, but these six or so are different - they don't have a Navy photographer listed, they don't even have any descriptions, and, well, the subjects seem a bit young to be part of the US Navy band. I'm guessing that they're high schoolers that played with the band some time ... but I'm not at all sure that these photos were taken by the Navy, they may well have been taken by the high school, and just got thrown into the Navy Flickr stream. I think without a specific claim that they were taken by a member of the Navy, Commons:Precautionary principle should say we delete.
