summaryexecutionfiles

[edit]

All uploaded by user Kzl55 under a PD:Somalia template, but the source was in-fact published in Bethesda, MD United States by Tayosan International Media. Hence copyrighted[1]. Wanted to use these files for a video-graphic project but neither the files nor the documentary itself is in the public domain so the PD:Somalia template doesn't apply. --GoldenDragonHorn (talk) 00:56, 26 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Keep Per the cited source (Kill All but the Crows documentary), the footage was not original work of Prof. Bulhan, but the work of the Somali government which he included in his documentary. Correct attribution has now been made to the government of Somalia, and so the work is public domain in the United States and should be kept. --Kzl55 (talk) 01:16, 30 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep Bethesda, MD published a documentary, not the files in question. There are no grounds for deletion. Ciiseciise007 (talk) 15:17, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: no valid reason for deletion. --Missvain (talk) 23:45, 3 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
