The user 87.208.62.38 reported the following comment on some images of Willem Cornelus Kind: "Ik, de heer Willem Cornelus Kind verklaar hierbij, dat de afbeelding van mijn werk beschermd zijn door de auteurswet. Afbeeldingen vallen daar eveneens onder. De bijlages op wikipedia zijn daarom niet conform de Nederlandse wetgeving. Ik verzoek u derhalve actie te ondernemen, om dit misverstand recht te zetten." I can't really understand this, but I believe they want to say that the images are a derivative work and are thus still copyrighted. Considering that one artwork was made in 2004 and one in 1988, I think that this is probably true. --The Evil IP address (talk) 21:09, 21 March 2010 (UTC)

 Keep Mr. Kind has no idea what freedom of panorama means. FOP Netherlands is applicable for sculptures in the public place.--Gerardus (talk) 06:58, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
