Image's are clearly from a variety of sources, but all have been uploaded by Vghnpv (talk · contribs) as his own work. The first one is a logo, which would need OTRS permission at least, but is claimed as own work. The third and fifth are thumbnails, which makes me suspect they have been taken from other websites (the third also has an odd border, which the fifth lacks) while the second and fourth are full sized shots, but, according to the meta-data, have been taken with completely different cameras. Also note that, in each case, he has given the date of the upload rather than the date the picture was taken. It's possible that one or two of these shots are the uploader's own, but, in my experience, in cases like this, they rarely are. J Milburn (talk) 12:33, 30 July 2009 (UTC)

  • I assumed the loveheart design was enough to copyright, especially when combined with the colours and text placement? J Milburn (talk) 10:25, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
    • The heart symbol is way too common to be eligible for copyright (have a look at Category:Heart icons or Category:Heart symbols; they would all be derivatives otherwise). As for color and placement, it is not copyrightable by itself, even if pleasing to the eye. –Tryphon^☂ 11:21, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
