These are probable copyright violations. The uploader's claims of authorship are unlikely and the assigned licenses appear to be spurious. These are photographs and computer renderings of large buildings, and it appears that they have been copied from the web. They are mostly small images without camera metadata. The computer renderings would have been based on computer models generated by the architects, which are unlikely to be available outside the architectural practices. A comment in another DR by the uploader indicates that they do not understand the licensing requirements of Commons.[15] --Verbcatcher (talk) 16:42, 18 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

File:Halo Tower Topped Off.jpg
File:777 McCarter Highway.jpg
Appear to be original work of uploader and could be 'unbundled' from this nomination until such time a definitive determination has been made. Djflem (talk) 21:13, 20 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have looked again at these two files. Both are smallish files without camera metadata, and the metadata includes "User comments: Screenshot". The background of File:Halo Tower Topped Off.jpg appears to have been Photoshopped to give a halo of cloud around the building, possibly reflecting the name of the building; while this could have been done by the uploder it is more likely to have been done by a marketing department. This image appears on Facebook and Instagram, on what look like official City of Newark accounts.[16][17] On Facebook it is listed in "The City of Newark, NJ's Photos".[18] The other photo, File:777 McCarter Highway.jpg is on Reddit, where at 3024x4032 pixels it is larger that the Commons file.[19] All this brings into question the uploader's 'own work' claim, and the uploader's history of claiming files from the Internet as their own work should make us skeptical about their claims.
