Have a look at the log of this user youll see a lot of non-free flick images, this where all deleted. He then uploaded some good flickr images and the last uploads where some questionable "own work" images nominated here.

The quality differs extremly, from File:Pamuk04.jpg (a scan, see the hair) to File:Hillside 2.jpg (most likely from Flickr under wrong own work claim, see the 500px image size) to File:4 Airborn 4.JPG (Fisheye). Given the history of non-free uploads, their deletion and suddenly a batch of "own work" I suspect manipulation here.

I not added the first upload which might be own work and was uploaded befor the non-free flickr images. So I cant say something about File:LaraAntalya.jpg. --Martin H. (talk) 16:24, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I see no evidence here, just suspicions. I suggest that the person making the accusation should provide a link to the original images in question to evidence that they were taken by different people. While all photos appear to be professional, perhaps someone from the tourism bureau has uploaded them from their archive. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.170.153.12 (talk • contribs) 07:41, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

75% of the users uploads where found copyrigth violation, File:Hillside 2.jpg is clearly taken from Flickr, just see the filesize of 500px. Im not the idiot who searches flickr just because someone else not read Commons:First steps and uploads non-free images here. 75% is a strong evidence besides some other things I mention above, the burdon of proof is with the uploader, not with me. --Martin H.  Delete all of them. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 22:23, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like a good candidate to me: [1]. Unfortunately, this particular image is not CC. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.132.37.104 (talk • contribs) 14:37, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Im not writing the following to protect the upload on Commons because im still convinced that this images are 100% not the uploaders work, but carefull, your flickr image is a false positive. According to date and size the flickr user you mention toke it from Commons and is (also) not the author. --Martin H. (talk) 13:56, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
