"However, the Carl Van Vechten estate has asked that use of Van Vechten's photographs "preserve the integrity" of his work, i.e, that photographs not be colorized or cropped, and that proper credit is given to the photographer." Keep: This is not a Creative Commons license tag, but a No known copyright restrictions one (Public domain), since these works come from the Library of Congress. That is not a copyright restriction, as it is not legally binding, but it is only a request. The claim for the things that use the template is: "no known copyright restrictions".
