This is a license template fork. The commons community has, in prior village pump discussions, decided not to permit these. They harm machine readability of our license data, and they make it possible for licenses to be invisibly changed on many pages. Users who wish to put boiler plate on their images should subst it and continue using standard license templates.
Unless someone has a good reason that this shouldn't be deleted, I will run my bot over it and covert all uses to the standard {{self|gfdl|author=I, [[User:Chlewey|Carlos Eugenio Thompson Pinzón]]} which is visually equal.
