The template is incorrect in the sense that the subject source website http://cinespot.net does not provide media in the said license CC-by-3.0 nor in any other Commons compatible license. The disclaimer of their website states "All the pictures on this web-site cinespot.net are assumed to be taken from public domain unless otherwise mentioned. The copyright (if any) of these pictures belongs to their original publisher / photographer / copyright holder as the case may be."
With such terms present I don't think we should keep this template. If there are any images on the source website which are in public domain and explicitly mentioned, as the disclaimer says, those images may be uploaded here and their validity be checked case by case. A blanket template is misguiding and might be a source to skip in many copyvios. The template currently has 13 transclusions and I will check and report, if need be, all those 13 images, if no one else does that before i do. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {Talk / Edits} 05:16, 9 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
