This looks like a bogus license. Attribution 2.0 Russia does not seem to exist, unlike Attribution 3.0 Austria or Attribution 2.0 Germany. https://wiki.creativecommons.org/wiki/russia does not mention any country-specific license. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/ru/ leads nowhere. whym (talk) 13:01, 20 January 2021 (UTC)
