Still anorher completely clueless gallery, similar to newly deleted Sovereign State Flags in Present Day, created by same user, see discussion. Includes fictional or fantasy flags, some micronations, lots of subnational entities that are not or has ever claimed sovereignty, and out-of date flags that certainly is not 'by now'. The Soviet Union as an international organisation, East Germany in the same section as Northern Cyprus and South Ossetia (as "Non-UN members or observers"), Crete represented by a flag from pre-1913 are just some few examples.  Delete Sloppy. Inconsistent. Why is London included, but not Washington, DC, Paris, Moscow, etc? Why are the Tuamotus and Marquesas included, but not the far more populous Society Islands? Although the UK is responsible for defense and international relations of Jersey, Guernsey, and Man, they are not part of the United Kingdom, but are Crown Dependencies. There is a fictional flag of Kingman Reef, an uninhabited, largely submerged US atoll as well as many other fictional flags including the Republic of Molossia, an 11 acre (4.6 ha; 46,000 m2) property in Nevada, USA. And so on.... .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 22:06, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delete, per the above; would be bad even if in user space, but as a gallery (which is a wiki’s main namespace, even though we don’t really use it as such) it’s unacceptable. -- Tuválkin 11:21, 10 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
