Their uploads all make dubious claims of authorship. Obviously, the signatures are public domain in the US, but without an actual source, I don't think we can simply accept them as authentic. The user claims that he himself is the author which, of course, if that's the case then obviously they're not authentic. --UserB (talk) 21:35, 9 July 2011 (UTC)
- In the terms of signatures for President Lukashenko, state laws and official decrees are public domain. So if we can find any such document online, we can crop and have a signature. User:Zscout370 (Return fire) 02:54, 10 July 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, obviously the signatures are public domain, but the issue is sourcing - we have no evidence of reason to believe that these signatures are authentic. For Lukashenko, the uploader claims to be the author. Maybe that means he just scribbled on a piece of paper and is trying to get it passed off here as a signature. This user has been vandalizing, socking, and uploading copyvio images over the course of five years and without an actual source, we have no reason to accept the images as authentic. --UserB (talk) 12:56, 10 July 2011 (UTC)
- That I understand, but just saying what sources we could find in order to get said signatures. User:Zscout370 (Return fire) 19:44, 10 July 2011 (UTC)
