Not official works

Those photos are tagged as being in public domain with the "PD-Croatia-exempt" tag. This tag is used for the discoveries, official texts in the domain of legislation, administration, judiciary (acts, regulations, decisions, reports, minutes, judgments, standards, and the like) and other official works and their collections, disclosed for the purpose of officially informing the public; Those photos do not fall into any of those categories. Just because the photo was made by the government agencies does not qualify it to be "official work". This is very similar situation with the Serbian copyrights Law (almost identical to Croatian). Many files tagged as "PD-Serbia-Gov" were deleted from Commons because their are actually not official works. See those discussion:

P.s. The first two photos are actually cropped from the larger image that is already deleted because of no licence information. Vanja / Вања (talk) 23:29, 31 July 2013 (UTC)
