Images come from website: http://www.vistasdelvalle.com.ar and they allow only this licence: Creative Commons Attribution- Noncommercial- No Derivative Works 2.5 Argentina License. Estimado Amada44, lamento no poder dominar el idioma pero quiero que se entienda lo siguiente: cuando yo subí las imágenes a wikipedia lo hice con intención de contribuir justamente a ese sitio importante de constante consultas en todo el mundo, lo que quizás no se esta entendiendo es que www.vistasdelvalle.com.ar es lo mismo que el usuario "raulhoracio" de wikipedia que corresponde a mi nombre: Raul Horacio Comes... se entiende lo que estoy diciendo??? por lo tanto voy a pedir que no borren las imágenes del sitio, fué una constribución que hice a ese importante sitio y seria una pena que fueran borradas.

Hola, le mando un cordial saludo, yo hablo su idioma (soy español). Un user se ha puesto en contacto con el Café de la Wikipedia en español buscando alguien que sepa el idioma. Lo que te quieren preguntar es esto:
  • Si está usted/vos seguro de que la licencia de sus imagenes son correctas (en la pagina de inicio están licenciadas las de Creative Commons Attribution- Sin publicidad - No se admiten obras derivadas (2.5 Argentina License)
  • Posee usted los derechos de autor de las imagenes?
  • Le gustaría tener todas las imagenes en su userpage de Commons (algunas estarían bien)
  • Podría subir esas imagenes sin marca de agua
  • Puedes mandar un email a OTRS?

Gracias Ravave por tu ayuda, como ya dije en innumerables oportunidades las imágenes son mias, las subí a Wikipedia intentando aportar información para este sitio mundialmente conocido, información que también comparto en mi propio sitio http://www.vistasdelvalle.com.ar. No tengo mucho tiempo por estos día para hacer las modificaciones que me piden, si ustedes creen que estas imágenes deben ser borradas porque perjudican a alguien en especial, procedan a eliminarlas, no puedo hacer mucho por el momento. Uploader gave a free license; he just says that he cannot be bothered to change his site according to the wished of some people on commons. Mr Raulhoracio, http://www.vistasdelvalle.com.ar is tagged with by-nc-nd (non commercial & no derivatives), but our policy on Commons at Commons:Sobre_las_licencias#Licencias_aceptables says La publicación de obras derivadas debe estar permitida. (...)Las siguientes restricciones no deben aplicarse a la imagen o fichero: (...) Uso estrictamente no comercial (...). I don't want to do a which hunt!!! Images looked like copyvios in the beginning. Uploader is definitely the owner of the images so everything should be okay. I tried to get the images without watermarks and to get an OTRS Permission but uploader has no time (which doesn't affect that they are licensed correctly). Please undelete these two files too as they seem to have been deleted out of a similar reason. We know now, that uploader is owner and (s)he asked for help if anything isn't correctly licensed (please do that with the undeleted images). Amada44 (talk) 05:43, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wikimedia Commons is a library of free-licenced files. Content providers must provide two things : a file and a licence. If a file is too fuzzy we delete it. If a licence is too fuzzy, we delete it. Wikimedia Commons is not the same as every picture gallery on the internet. Here we take the question of providing reusers with clear copyright information seriously. Wikimedia Commons belongs to the kind of websites which provide highly reliable and clearly written copyright information. This is a huge difference with a lot of websites reviewed in this paper : Melanie Schlosser, "Unless Otherwise Indicated: A Survey of Copyright Statements on Digital Library Collections", College and Research Libraries", v.70(4), p. 371-385 (July 2009). Kept. Discussion and mail exchanges indicates the user have uploaded its own picture on Commons, with another license than on its website. An author can choose to license differently pictures on different places, and we've elements in this mail exchange indicating it's the photographies author who uploaded the photos on Commons.
