Fraternity COAs 2

Delete on almost all of them, unless we can positively verify date of publication as PD. (Is this really the form of the image used in 1917? File:PhiSigmaGamma.jpg Seems pretty modern.) The uploaders here may have been working in good faith, but obviously without much understanding of copyright. Most have uploaded these as "own work" and many have indicated that they are CC-By-SA. The fellow who uploaded this one (File:Diamond-color-big.jpg) may be correct that he had "right to use", but that certainly doesn't mean "right to license." The exception is File:Gamma Rho Lambda Crest.jpg; we should probably tag it {{Npd}} instead, since the uploader asserts that "I am the Vice President of Communications for Gamma Rho Lambda and the creator of this crest." --Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:51, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
