Source indeed has CC-by-SA license, but may be "unintentional" form of license laundering. The site's statement on the conversion to a CC license includes "As of December 3, [2012] ARGIA content will be published" and relates to "material published by this medium" This phrasing is ambiguous with regard to whether the CC license applies retroactively to works published before 3. December 2012 (these are scans from 1965, 1969, 1977, and 2007) and/or that were first published in print (i.e., not published in "this [web] medium") Seems we should have COM:OTRS permission or another form of clarification.
