In most countries, all paintings, sculpture, architecture, text, and other creative works have copyrights which last for 70 years after the death of the creator. An image of a work that is still under copyright is a derivative work, and infringes on the copyright so that we cannot usually keep the image on Commons. In some countries, there is a special exception to the copyright law which allows such images under certain circumstances. We call that exception freedom of panorama (FOP). Unfortunately there is no applicable FOP exception in Romania. I doubt that this model was actually made by the uploader. If not, unless the model is old, the image infringes on the creator's copyright.

Hi Jim,

My mistake, I thought non-commercial usage was allowed on commons. Please delete them in this case. (I could apply for a permission via OTRS, but that model does not worth the hassle).

I went through my uploads, and you may also consider deleting:

• File:ROBrasovRacadauChurch.jpg (1990)
• File:Brasov1987Memorial.jpg (around 2000)
• File:BorsosTamasStatue.jpg (around 2000)
• Category:Scale model of Brașovia citadel (unused after this)
• Category:Scale model of 17. century Șchei (model created in 1961, so will be unused)
