No-one wants to delete all your files. If a file is nominated, it doesn't mean that it will be deleted. I have removed the nominations on the photos you took yourself. I didn't believe that you took all of the photos yourself, and it's impossible to tell which you did take. Scanning or uploading photos you didn't take requires the permission of the photographer --moogsi (blah) 17:51, 26 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

How to change the license of these files?

the files is from citroen publicité brochures, and its free of use because they copyright expired in 20 years ago and the editor of brochures doesnt exist no more. In 80s the citroen publicity ended and new publicity was created for citroen and peugeot — Preceding unsigned comment added by TycoonX (talk • contribs) 09:54, 1 April 2013‎ (UTC)[reply]

Copyright on photographs is held by the photographer in almost all cases. If the brochures were published in Europe then the images are necessarily protected by copyright until 70 years after the author is dead, or 70 years after publication if the author is truly anonymous. So there's little that can be done in this case, sorry --moogsi (blah) 22:57, 4 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have authors permission of some pictures, when i tryed it to upload and writed permission and name of author ,they was deleted. The author dont know or dont want to upload it and i cant.. this is ..grrr. I cant upload free pictures, i cant upload pictures with permission of use, i can only use my own photographed pictures ..but i cant take photographs in musuem :) . — Preceding unsigned comment added by TycoonX (talk • contribs) 10:54, 6 April 2013‎ (UTC)[reply]

You can take and upload as many photos of vehicles as you like (even those in museums). Vehicles themselves are not works of art or protected by copyright. What I suggest is that you don't upload pictures made by other people as your own work. The one picture you uploaded from Flickr as CC-BY-2.0 is copyrighted on Flickr - that's why it was deleted. You certainly can upload free pictures made by other people, but they need to be actually free and not protected by copyright –moogsi (blah) 10:07, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
