Let's discuss whether these images are in scope (1, 2). Additionally there are some questions about authorship. Some images seems to be stolen from other pages. 1, 2 (img, page is compatible but would require attribution). I found a few cameras and software in the metadata BlackBerry 8330m, AgfaPhoto GmbH, Adobe Photoshop CS4 Windows, Picasa, hnologies Inc, V1,01, LG Electronics (RUMOR), Nikon COOLPIX L18, ... Please distinguish between own work and not own work. If it is all own work, please link from your Flickr-Account to your commons account. For the covers, please send a permission. This is not a deletion request for all your images but an attempt to clarify the situation and to evaluate whether all files are really useful for Commons or a wikimedia project. Thank you.

Some of the images are used on en:Wikipedia:Articles for creation/David Williams now.

Published elsewhere - we need COM:OTRS permission

Rillke

The items that you questioned for deletion are all original works the are owned by Tsillaria360, period. The covers belong exclusively to Tsillaria360 and Tsillaria360 alone. The deletion request is unappropriate and unwarranted in every case that you have questioned and recommended for deletion. There CAN be a flickr account involved, however there is no need for any flickr involvement.

In order to verify that you are the owner of the Flickr-account, please link from your Flickr-account to your commons userpage or write a flickrmail to me (Rillke). Otherwise we have to assume that you aren't the owner and the files must be deleted. -- RE rillke questions? 11:14, 16 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Please do not close this request until the issue is resolved. I don't see an evidence, neither for "all images were out of scope" nor for "all had copyright problems". -- RE rillke questions? 23:37, 21 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
