Delete For File:Dyngus Day Promotion.jpg because it's a derivative work identical to this image posted over a year ago [1]. I'm not smart enough to detect the copyright notice but unless the uploader can provide proof of ownership I think that image has to be deleted.
Delete For File:911flag3495 090911.jpg per nom, unless uploader can provide proof of ownership using COM:OTRS. However, at the bottom of the page provided by Gunnex [2] we read "Submitted by: Office of Public Relations", but I don't know if that's good enough information for the file to be kept with Template:PD-USGov. I would delete the file unless the uploader defends the image in a convincing manner.
Delete For File:Dyngus Day Way.jpg per source found by Gunnex. That article was published the same day the file was uploaded to Commons. I assume the uploader read the article and then uploaded the image. I can't imagine that the article was written and the picture on Commons was found the same day of upload to add it to the article.
Comment The other image, File:Engine 34.jpg, is the only one that I couldn't track down online from a source independent of Wikipedia or Commons, but given the pattern with the other pictures, I think the uploader must prove ownership or provide permission to upload that photo. I believe the assumption of good faith no longer applies to him or her. Dontreader (talk) 23:09, 3 April 2016 (UTC)
