- Comment File:Longyang Road Station Maglev Rail End.jpg and File:Plaza 66 Tower 1.jpg were taken in Shanghai, China, where freedom of panorama restrictions do not apply to building exteriors. Jc86035 (talk) Use {{ping|Jc86035}}

- Questioning deletion of some photos
This is one concern regarding the photos deleted here: others are PD works, can be photographed without copyright concerns, new buildings are still under copyright, unless the design is very generic, and needs permission. I undeleted the Rizal Park photo as it is a PD work. Unless amendments to the current Intellectual Property Code are done to give FOP for both commercial and non-commercial use to photos of new buildings, I call the Philippines FOP situation as very sensitive, especially when US copyright law is concerned, and photos of new architectural works taken in the Philippines should be analyzed first in a case-by-case basis before nominating for deletion, as some structures are PD, generic (no originality), or de minimis. - @Elisfkc: Other concern: images of skylines. This image of the Makati skyline:File:Manila_skyline_day.jpg should be undeleted, as all the skyscrapers are incidental and unremovable parts of the image. Skylines of cities in countries lacking FOP exemptions are normally kept as the buildings are just COM:DM. We will only delete images of each individual building (unless that is old to be protected by copyright).-TagaSanPedroAkoTalk -> 08:44, 21 January 2018 (UTC)
- @TagaSanPedroAko: First off, do not reupload images that have been deleted with a deletion request. If you have a problem with the deletion request and the subsequent deletion, please file a undelete request on Commons:Undeletion requests. --Elisfkc (talk) 18:33, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- I did it already (filed 2 requests in COM:UDR) yesterday. I did not upload any previously deleted image, since I pinged you here after I filed those UDRs.-TagaSanPedroAkoTalk -> 22:51, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
