First, the uploader, Taco Fleur, appears in all of these, so someone else owns the copyright and the right to license them. Second, they all appear on the Web in various sizes. Third, most of them have no EXIF. Fourth, they are unused personal photos.

These were taken with three different cameras. All of them appear on the Web in various larger sizes. The uploader has a history of uploading copyvios.

First, the uploader, Taco Fleur, appears in all of these, so someone else owns the copyright and the right to license them. Second, some, maybe all, of them appear on YouTube, with the "Standard YouTube License", which is unacceptable on Commons. Third, they are unused personal videos.

Keep. All but one of these has a completely static camera, so it's quite likely that the camera was set up by the subject before the start of filming. No need for a third party. The only exception is File:30 Minutes Alternating Half Snatch - Half Marathon.webm, where the camera tilts upwards between 1:37 and 1:41. It does so unevenly and makes the shot worse in the process, so I think this was accidental, and the fact that it wasn't corrected argues against the presence of a separate camera operator. As for "unused personal videoa", I think that's a shorthand for "out of scope". I think these files have plausible educational use for demonstrating exercise techniques using a kettlebell. They're definitely not your typical selfie of a random person. As for copyright, I don't think there's any plausible case that User:Taco fleur isn't the subject (and creator) of these videos.
@Taco fleur: It would save trouble in future if you could change the licence of your videos on YouTube to something Commons-compatible. See COM:OTRS for details (search for "YouTube") and alternative approaches. --bjh21 (talk) 14:43, 3 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Believe it or not, the camera was leaning against my backpack, my son was training with me, you can see his arm the first few seconds. He stopped 20 seconds in, gets a drink out of the bag, the camera moves. No one was holding the camera still for 20 minutes long and then moved it. The move was an accident. I think they're might be 4 videos out of that batch on youtube, happy to change the license on that too if that means we can progress from here? Taco Fleur (talk)

On another note. I invest my time in these videos to make them as suitable as possible, I remove sounds where needed, I don't add any intro's or outro's as I always do on any other videos. I make cuts to keep it short. Taco Fleur (talk)

Kept: OTRS permission received and accepted based on the explanation below and evidence in the ticket. File:Kettlebell_Windmill_Anyhow.webm still needs information about the logo and music, but that will be handled via OTRS. --Guanaco (talk) 04:53, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
