Unlikely authorship claims based on factors including the generally low resolution, lack of EXIF and the uploader's history of copyright violations – the latest being an Associated Press photo falsely claimed to be self-made, as mentioned in Commons:Deletion requests/File:Df-21d-on-the-highway.jpg.

File:Luxgen mpv 3.jpg has been nominated before and kept, but the closing administrator at the time seems to have missed the point: press photos are generally non-free, protected by copyright and intended for fair use contexts only, and the uploader's authorship claims are most likely false.

Info The uploader has seen this deletion nomination (since they blanked the notification) and chosen not to comment. LX (talk, contribs) 20:42, 17 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As with the previous mass deletion nomination of the user's uploads, the uploader's authorship claims and copyright claims seem highly unlikely.

  • File:Z8ks.jpg – low resolution, no metadata; unlikely to be the uploader's own work
  • File:Ji5a.jpg – professional-looking drawing/rendering, found in higher resolution elsewhere online; unlikely to be the uploader's own work
  • File:ZTZ99 types.jpg – previously published elsewhere in higher resolution; unlikely to be the uploader's own work
  • File:Ztz98and99.jpg – the quote in the permission field seems to be taken from some website, so the uploader's authorship claims are likely false
  • File:Ptz89.jpg – no evidence to support the highly unlikely claim that this photo of a Chinese tank destroyer in action was taken by a member of the United States Army
  • File:ZTD05.jpg – the quote in the permission field seems to be taken from some website, so the uploader's authorship claims are likely false
  • File:Type96mbt.jpg – no evidence to support the unlikely claim that this close-up photo of a Chinese tank was taken by a United States Army soldier or employee
