The files are various images taken by the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, a state-owned enterprise of India. According to Template:GODL-India, the template only applies to Indian government agencies ("...that applies to all shareable non-sensitive data available either in digital or analog forms but generated using public funds by various agencies of the Government of India..."). As a result, it is doubted that whether the template is applicable to these files, and they may be copyrightable and unfree.

Also, according to Section 3(23) of the General Clauses Act, 1897, there are no references to state-owned enterprises in the term "Government".廣九直通車 (talk) 04:05, 29 January 2021 (UTC)
