Regarding files from http://www.rastko.rs, same files are available elsewhere under an unfree license. An Administratot has to check them to determine whose has been published first. --Patrick Rogel (talk) 11:15, 27 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Rastko.rs has e-mails by copyright holders which testify that, from the moment of publishing at Rastko.rs, images are deffinitelly under CC 4.0 status. What would be further procedure to clear this thing for good? Stripar (talk) 12:34, 27 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Rastko.rs has to send these permissions via COM:OTRS. --Patrick Rogel (talk) 15:51, 27 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

AFAIK (because we were in this situation), all these images at Project Rastko clearly labeled with CC 4.0 license are obtained by persons depicted themselves, or by their families if they are deceased, with documented e-mails trail which testifies every single permissions. You can additionally check with them: info at rastko dot net. Also, all Munitić's images with CC 4.0 license are free to use beacause of the will of his widow Zorica Jevremović who runs his estate. It's written Creative Commons: Attribution-Share Alike Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 at http://www.rankomunitic.org/sr-yu/ranko/foto-galerija but the logo says Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (which is not a valid license). Website owner will likely be asked to change the license. --Patrick Rogel (talk) 11:19, 27 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
If I understand you properly, they should remove the logo which contradicts the CC 4.0 license? Stripar (talk) 14:29, 29 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Stripar: Yes they should. --Patrick Rogel (talk) 15:55, 29 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: The text and link say CC-BY-SA 4.0. --Anatoliy (talk) 11:02, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
