There are many-many troubles with files uploaded by this user. Fake permissions, fake templates, no OTRS from the authors, no permissions from the unknown photographers, derivatives from copyright protected, no freedom of panorama in Russia...
We need to check them all and delete all unchekable.

The files should not be mass-deleted and need to be examined individually. For instance, I do not see the problem with this file: I do not see a reason to assume that ssr was not there in 2002 and was not available to take this picture. He received permission request for File:Yeltsin-monument-Yekaterinburg 1 february opening 1.JPG last May and when it was deleted upload this file again. So I think he was understood his actions. Anyway the admins will not delete the files before check them for licenses and author's names in descriptions. Kobac (talk) 10:08, 18 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose mass deletion. Here is the list of these uploads sorted by use across wikis. Many files are heavily used. Some need proper OTRS permission. Going from top in my list, some are very plausible personal amateur photos, such as File:Aerial view of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.JPG File:Ilmen Lake.JPG File:Aerial view of Podolsk.JPG, File:Velikaya river in Pskov.JPG etc., all taken with a very primitive camera Olympus C-1Z,D-150Z, and their mass deletion would require a solid evidence they were taken by someone else (ugh, with this camera ..), or evidence of mass fraud. As a quick differentiator, I suggest mass keep all photos with EXIF containing C-1Z,D-150Z. Materialscientist (talk) 10:33, 18 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
