The pictures of those politicians are published with the note "lizenzfrei" (royalty-free) by their party (see here). I apologize for my sparse knowledge of the procedure here on Commons, should I have uploaded them with a wrong licence please feel free to change it in whatever way required.--Schreckgespenst (talk) 09:32, 10 January 2020 (UTC)

@Schreckgespenst: Umm, it's said "license free" which is not the same as "published under a free license" including commercial use so I'm afraid it's not sufficient for Commons. Let's wait for an Administrator decision, --Patrick Rogel (talk) 09:50, 10 January 2020 (UTC)

I understand... the problem seems to be that they are very unspecific about what exactly they mean. According to my research "lizenzfrei" could be translated to "licence-free" as well as "public domain", but as you say, let's wait.––Schreckgespenst (talk) 10:04, 10 January 2020 (UTC)
