The copyright holder of this work is " Kevin Rack". Unless there is a compelling evidence to suggest that uploader is the same person as " Kevin Rack", this images should be deleted per our precautionary principle.

  • {{oppose)) deletion on this principle. Using pseudonyms have always been ok on our projects and there is no policy requesting that people create accounts under their real names. It is frequent that wikimedians upload pictures under their pseudonyms account and credit their real name. Anthere (talk)

  • {{oppose)) I strongly make my position known here because the user is not mandated by any policy to disclose is identity. More so, most of the images are simple images that can be taking by anybody and not by professional photographer. Therefore, it will be too difficult to severe the identity of the user from the author of the meta. Fair enough, the user doesn't have a page on commons. The images should be kept.   •  Comment - This is not an uncommon case on Wikimedia Commons but unfortunately, we usually don't resolve this kind of issues with the kind of arguments provided above. I wanted to let you know that I have opened a correspondence with the uploader of these image and I am sure this would be resolved soon.   •  Update - This is to confirm that SanDanceVR is the copyright holder of these images based on the convincing evidence provided by the user through an email.
