It seems, the uploader did not had understand, that not the person on the image has to be dead 70+ years, it has to be the creator of an image. If the creator is unknown, we must belive he is not dead since 70+ years, if the image itself is not really that age, we have to belive, the artist is dead 70+ years. Here are a lo of such images in the uploads of this user. There are also examples, where the person on the image also is stated as the artist (so the 70+ years dead rules fits).
