Seems the photos have been published. I doubt there was a copyright notice attached. IMHO {{PD-US-no notice}} applies.

For every one of these photos (with the exception of McBurney.jpg) I own the source material (industrial league basketball programs from the 40s and 50s) and I scoured them for copyright notices and there were none. With McBurney, I believe there is fair-use rationale (long deceased person, doubtful copyright license, no alternative for historically significant person) to keep, I just didn't know how to code it. As an aside, it might be worth looking at copyright instructions and process and streamlining some tags.
