Those images, all uploaded by the same person have different problems. Some are clear print screens, others contain suspicious watermarks and others have EXIF data that indicates that those files are indeed copyright violations because they are credited to somebody else. Also, it would be pretty unique if one person took all those images. At file File:Bob de Vries.jpg the uploader even admits that he has taken the image from twitter, no evidence of permission here. And another image, already nominated here looks like a scan. It is very unlikely that the uploader is the real copyright holder of all those images and the PCP should apply.
