Derivative works of toys and/or copyrighted characters/images thereon. See COM:TOYS.

Just wanted to ask for a clarification, if these toys will be deleted, will the other images about Lego or other toys with images (that has no OTRS or are patented) will be deleted too? These are toys and are also subject to copyright, isn't it? Like for example, this one.--Renzoy16 | (Talk) 12:50, 10 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: DRs do not apear like magic, they happen because people come across problem images. Unfortunately, with almost 20 million images and a very limited number of active volunteers, there is no systematic way of insuring that all copyvios are deleted. We do our best, about 1,800 every day. Your pile of Legos is interesting -- it's not clear to me that an individual Lego brick has a copyright and a pile of them would not. If it were a Lego house, however, it would. .     Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 02:40, 15 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
