I propose these flags for elimination since they were attempts to create "(3-2)" versions by the user Professorsolo2015 but there are already versions with this proportion of the national flags that are much more precise and correct. These flags can cause confusion. Other flags of this user were renamed since there were no "(3-2)" versions. These flags could not be removed using "Duplicate" since they are not exactly the same. There are some flags that are still used in some articles and should be replaced by the existing "(3-2)" versions or directly the national flag, since I think the user did not know that some national flags already had that proportion.

 Delete. These are all effectively duplicates of canonical national flag images, which always have names of the form "Flag of Country.svg", e.g. File:Flag of Venezuela.svg, File:Flag of Paraguay.svg, File:Flag of the Central African Republic.svg, etc. These should all be converted to redirects.
