[edit]Routine request for very small (low quality) files. Two of them have metadata identifying a photographer, the other two do not. There are two cameras. Both would be capable of producing better images than these.

- I agree that these files are quite junk, but it would be a pity removing the one representing MHS; this is the only illustration we currently have of him. So keep it. Pro patria semper (talk) 14:54, 22 July 2016 (UTC)
- "Only illustration" is not a valid reason to keep an image without proper copyright information. Ellin Beltz (talk) 14:57, 22 July 2016 (UTC)
- Ask for it directly to the Ecole des Chartes; I only cropped its files. Pro patria semper (talk) 14:58, 22 July 2016 (UTC)
- @Ellin Beltz: for your information (according to metadatas), the 2014 photograph is of Didier Plowy, and the one of 2016 was made by Myr Muratet. Pro patria semper (talk) 15:02, 22 July 2016 (UTC)
- @Pro patria semper: - COM:EVID requires the uploader to provide proper source and license, it's not up to Commons to contact people on your behalf. If it's this' Ecole des Chartes" at http://www.enc-sorbonne.fr/, please notice that they have "all rights reserved" at the bottom of all their pages. Thank you for the information on source and that they are not your own work. Ellin Beltz (talk) 00:13, 23 July 2016 (UTC)
- @Ellin Beltz: but it isn't
forgottenforbidden to crop their files, is it? (The Ecole published its photograph under free license, according to this.) Then, what am I to do to indicate I'm the file cropper? File history isn't enough? Thank you very much for your help.
Cdt. - @Pro patria semper: You must live in some world which has no sleeping or jobs. Please be more patient. Please do not email me anymore when all you are doing is bugging me to look at this deletion nomination. You are not the only person in the world. To answer your "?" as best as I can, please follow the format at File:Patrick Arabeyre.jpg for the other images sources. It's not possible to tell it came from that source from the template the way you have it now, and it is certainly not own work to crop from an image of another. BTW, the "Ecole" images have two different photographers, so that account also is using the works of others without attribution. I leave this to the closing administrator now, I am not going to make more comments, and would appreciate no more bugging. Thank you. Ellin Beltz (talk) 14:30, 24 July 2016 (UTC)
- I only tried to solve the problems on these files (even if maybe too fast). Again, many thanks for having helped me; and good continuation. Pro patria semper (talk) 15:37, 24 July 2016 (UTC)
