Flags marked as "own work" but according to its source, not made by uploader or author. Source URL is just a collection of these images. China has a relatively low TOO, so although we change the license to {{PD-textlogo}}, these flags still should be deleted as calligraphy works is protected in China, and some fonts used by these flags may be unfree.
