Without EXIF data, these images are likely copyright violations. For example, File:MAHOTO2017.jpg, File:KAIWARE2017.jpg, and File:KAIWARE20172.jpg were previously published at spice.eplus.jp. The colored, un-cropped version of File:Obayashi2014.png was previously published at cinefil.tokyo.

Versions of these images have been found elsewhere, with date preceding Commons upload. User has already had images deleted previously.

(Thank you to えのきだたもつ (talk · contribs), who drew my attention to this when they uploaded another image by the same user at Commons:Deletion requests/File:のん三陸鉄道201903.jpg.)

This is just a small selection of images of (what I assume are) members of idol bands uploaded by same user. I have not been able to check all user's uploads of idols, and some do not return matches via Google Images. However, if these are provable copyright violations, we should strongly consider deleting other, similar-looking idol images from the same user under our precautionary principle.

A considerable number of this user's uploads have already been deleted for proven copyright violation. (See previous deletion requests for same user, above).

They were all images of famous Japanese people (often members of idol bands). The photographs all had a similar style, as if they were professionally-shot PR or press photographs with a good viewpoint.

Many of this user's images that remain are very similar in both content and style, and this raises my suspicions. Although there is no definitive evidence that these are copyvios, I am very sceptical whether they can be trusted and wonder whether we should consider them in light of Commons' "Precautionary principle".

Some images (e.g. railway stations) are not included in this deletion request, as they are less likely to be copyright violations. (No images similar to them were deleted previously).

As they were previously involved in this case, そらみみ (talk · contribs) may wish to contribute their opinion here too. Thank you.
