- FoP China: “Indoor works: OK since June 2021 with the 2020 amendment of the copyright law.” Thus indoor files not obviously copyvio should be kept — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 62.216.207.31 (talk) 21:49, 14 June 2021 (UTC)
- FOP is unrelated to this case. SCP-2000 10:50, 24 July 2021 (UTC)
- Keep – Images of great value, I think obviously made by the uploader themselves. The style of photography is always the same, the quality of the image is high. The few cases where the images are used on other websites don't prove copyright violation: 4 is not found on any website other than Wikipedia and websites which copy Wikipedia; 5 is actually not the same image found at this link (the photo on that website has a different angle, different lighting, different cutting and is of a very low quality). Image 3 has a watermark, probably because the author previously uploaded it on a Chinese social network; Chinese social networks often automatically put a watermark on images uploaded by users. I suggest to delete only watermarked images or upload non-watermarked versions.--37.162.128.86 11:28, 26 July 2021 (UTC)
- Delete since SCP-2000 said it's a copyvio. SHB2000 (talk) 11:30, 26 July 2021 (UTC)
- I have further analysed the links provided to prove copyright violation, and other of the comparisons are between different images. For example, this image is different from this one. The image on the website is of a lower quality and the bottom part below the altar is cut out. Therefore, the uncut and high quality image uploaded on Wikipedia by Nyarlahotep1001 must be the original one.--37.162.128.86 11:54, 26 July 2021 (UTC)
- Question@Nyarlathotep1001: Did you take all of the above photos yourself, including those with watermarks such as 3? -M.nelson (talk) 13:40, 8 January 2022 (UTC)
- @Nyarlathotep1001: . This is a last call. You wrote above "Recommend deleting some but not all the images". Could you be so kind to clearly indicate which of the above list should be deleted because they are not your own work? If you cannot take action, an admin like me is forced to delete all images, based on the Precautionary principle, because I as an admin am not able (by available time and effort) to sort out the situation of every individual image. I will write a note on your talk pages as well. I noted you were active 15 January on English Wikipedia. Ellywa (talk) 13:39, 18 January 2022 (UTC)
