There is not one picture or image in this set which is reasonably work of uploader, due to size, jpg artefacts, obviously copied from elsewhere, age of image, cropping, etc. and so on.

It is possible some of the rights may be able to be obtained via the COM:OTRS system, others may be saved by proper historical information, but the uploader does not actually "own work" every single picture as stated in the nomination and is obvious from looking at the images. 1.1. The Copyrights of my Original images of my family members and Objetcs as books and Dissertations belong to them
The remove of series of my own photos are not permited and rejected. signed User:nikrouz kianouri I am Copyright holder of photos that are from my family members (Father, Uncles, Aunts, grandfather, Ante, Grand mother, Grandfather, of my grandfather and ....) or objects that belong to their work. The photos are in the form of images of person of relatives/familiar member or face images of relative/familiar member or a group of Relatives/familiar members in one image or ... . The photos are all from familian's photo album. I worked on images only with little/simple edits with ADOBE CS2 (Sizes and Contrast, ...).

They placed as own works in Wikipedia as files of my family or Nouri Dynasty. Some photos are more than 50 years old, somee older than 100 years (1 century). Also there are images from there works, books, Resaleha (Dissertations)/Doctrine and/or other images from objects that belongs to my next relatives.

1.3. The Copyrights of my Original "Kianouri Art and beautification E-Academy"
NO images from "Kianouri Art and beautification E-Academy" (c) is used in wikipedia at all. The Home Page "Kianouri Art and beautification E-Academy" is protected with my name but no one of my works is shown in the academy. Only two Photos of "Nikrouz Cat Race" one paintings and one photo original dene from me. The "Kianouri Art and beautification E-Academy" is not related with presentations of my own Art-Works.

The home page page of Kianouri Art and Beatification E-Academy lessons use as terminal for to Transferring of my experience and understanding in art sciences and seen from me useful to divides with other artists. There is only one image "nikrouz cat" paintings from 45 years ago, and "nikrouz cat race" my own "Photo from my cat" in link of cat's and artist is protected with my name as own work.

Please note they are also my own work because each photo is updated and changed with help of from me licensed Adobe CS2 tools in form of change in Sizes. contrast, Cleaning the moire, separating of the face of the family member from whole image photo, Lighting or darking, grouping in stock, writing the description in multi languages and many other different processes that makes every images extra original. Plus for many image I makes the new frame with chosen from me Turkis colours. There is not one image that you can found as complete same in other places. Each image from me chosen from familian photo Album. Then next step scanning second step Photo editing and has dozen changes with help of tools of Adobe cs2, third step make them with help of other editing tools. But because them belong to my family i tried to save the originality of them in the same time. The part of cats the name of my photo aparatus and Model are registreated. By my own works part of them need 5 year to be complete. And I worked upto 20 layer of changes on Works. In case of Enlarging you can see that they are 3D Works. And 3 Dimensions of art-works are my works.

According to the ... Copyrightable works, such as literary, musical works, paintings, designs and decorative writings, architectural works and buildings, carpet and rug designs, sculptures and photographs are in public domain in the following cases:

    • The creator(s) died more than 50 years ago.
    • The creator(s) died before 22 August 1980, for works that their copyright expired before 22 August 2010 according to the 1970 law.
      • In the case of works of joint authorship, the date of the death of the last surviving author shall be considered alone for the calculation of the time of protection.
    • In the following cases works fall into public domain after 30 years from the date of publication or public presentation: (Article 16)
      • Photographic or cinematographic works.
      • In cases where the work belongs to a legal personality or rights are transferred to a legal personality.

This means the uploader has to establish

  • that the photographs have been published before 1986 (2017-30-1)

or

  • that the creator died 1966 (2017-50-1) or earlier.

For the images showing only writing, I believe that they are out of project scope.

The uploader has to clean up his/her uploads, adding at least dates, source and a good description.

That's about it, I believe. @Ebrahim, Mardetanha, and Mmxx: Could you guys please have a look and maybe help the uploader understand in his native language? Thanks for useful information. I add one more External link to some of my copyrights to earlier text.

Remove the images areccategorical rejected: they are my own work, own heritage and Own legal person property and are my Artist Copyrights property.

The Copyrights of photos as national and International case is from one side can be an public domain is not only older than 70 years (because they are 200 years older or younger photos) but from other side it is an open case from the national and International Juridical view.

It is a current international and national Juridical case because:

1.1- The original photos are Stolen during 70's till last years in form of:

1.1.1- The police raid (secret service of shah regime SAVAK), shakedown, attack, political arresting, stealing and gathering all papers, photos, documents, put in prison, Torture beat, expropriations and ... from our house and other familial members, some of them are killed or eliminated in the earlier regime;

1.1.2- Most of Stolen documents (My familial Photos) part of them photos are presented later with negative editing, how that No body can not see the originality of Public Domain in hand of enemy of me and my family in the criminal Secret and Mafia Services in the internet and general. They are large differences between from Criminal based public domain distributed photos and that photos that I gather and work of them during over 25 years, I published them in the last years.

1.1.3- The large quantity of photos are stolen by Stasi with help of BND after 1993 from our house in Leipzig and Berlin. that the case is an open Juridical International and National case. More accurate a German/EU case.

1.1.4- Part of photos are new and I done them for first time , such as nikrouz cat race (my house and street cat race) that I can not understand that some criminal activity try to remove my own art works (my cat photos and history of his race) together with photos from members of my own family.

1.1.5- I am registered as state recognised Artist with copyright in Germany/EU with two graduation in Internet Art-design. Part of graduation content the educating in (Communication Law) Law/legal/juridical of web designing and engineering.

In German/International law if the artist change the object in form (and content) what he done is his/her copyrights. I changed the photos one by one with help of adobe Photoshop-CS2 licensed and paid by me and other licensed editorial photo software in form and content. There is two complete different copyrights set in content and form.

1.1.5.1- The Copyrights & originality & systematical passage & Archiving of photos from my family members and/or their property in content are complete differentiated with them that stolen from terrorist/criminal information services and then editorial negative changed with negative hateful means editorial and massive distributed and distributing under/with fake-names, -signs, -personalities, -identities and -.... permanently.

1.1.5.2- Every photo published in Wikipedia is my own work in base of German/International telecommunication law and has my copyright (German: jede photos has my original artistic Fingerabdruck). Because each photo in base of my own and familiar view of our history dozen times photo software in form editorial changed. "With original saving editorial changing in form I means": during editing process of each photos, as artist I used 100s of photo editing tools from colouring, contrast, lighting, size, separating, filtering, dpi, ... and further new free domain online editing possibilities. But how that as a good original art work (with own Copyright) not only the content is saving but also it can shown the historical content from my view with use of my creative activity.

1.1.5.3- Many of my copyrights photos are complete new and no one did not seen them before publishing with description after me in wikipedia during two last years. How such photos for example from my father or ... be remove from Wikipedia as public domain.

1.1.5.4- Definition and Preventing the Criminal activities combined with Wikipedia. Some of my art works (paintings and drawings) are removed from wikipedia, the photos from paintings that some of them are finished during 10 years my artistic work. Most recently in the same time that unknown person/group try to remove my works specially "nikrouz cat race" photos, other persons try to register itself with the same sign as my E-sign (NikRouz) with images like face of my cat in public domain internet service with aim to regulate the internet search result.

Deleted: All files with unclear copyright status. Multiple issues such as COM:DW, COM:PRS, COM:CSM, etc.
If there is a "significant doubt about the freedom of a particular file" then file should be deleted pursuant to COM:PCP. The user has also a number of deleted files and got a final warning on his talkpage which he removed. On a file i found "allrights reserved", placed by the uploader on the file description page. Because of those issues all file must be deleted as requird by COM:PCP in such cases. The individual copyright holders are required to send a permission to COM:OTRS.
