I have looked at the websites of many (but not all) of the various governments whose "seals" are purportedly shown here and they all appear to be personal work of the uploader and not the authentic seals. Those that I have not inspected individually are all identical, except for name and date, to at least one false version that I have inspected. As personal art they are out of scope. Many are in use, placed on WP:EN by the uploader, but I think this is one of those few cases where we ignore that.

Delete - they are misleading and pseudo-official looking. They do not identify themselves as user created rather than county government created. They do not indicate they are derivative works of state seals. Also, FWIW, Pittsburgh Sealer (talk · contribs) has done essentially the same thing and their account was created the same day as Mr. Lyman. --Dual Freq (talk) 21:53, 30 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Delete First, the date of the county's incorporation isn't necessarily the creation date of the logo so we have a copyright issue. Second, they are Derivative works. They fail the Precautionary principle and should be deleted. Use on one of the Wikipedias is irrelevant. The contributors at a Wikipedia can decide if they want to upload them if they have fair use (like EN does). Royalbroil 05:39, 4 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
