regarding your deletion request for these files. They present the printed version of course pages of the German Wikiversity. Due to a migration process the german wikiversity has shuted down its own uploading, uploading is now via commons since beginning of October. Since six years I do my mathematical courses on Wikiversity and also produce a reader-friendly pdf-version, which is much better than produced by any pdf-button. There are 160 students who use these pdf-versions as a print out. Mgausmann is my secretary, who is uploading these files. I would be very delighted if this would not further make any problems. It is only fair that with this migration proces files which were until now uploaded locally find their place now somewhere in commons. "Files that might realistically be useful to one or more other Wikimedia projects, e.g. Wikisource or Wikibooks, should be kept; deletions should not be based on the sole ground that the file would be better hosted on one of those other projects. Any media file that is realistically useful to or is within the scope of even one other Wikimedia Foundation project can be hosted here."
Since the German Wikiversity is apparently no longer hosting its own media files, these files fall within this rule.
