Unclear copyright status, multiple authors involved and multiple permissions needed. Uploader became conspicuously recently uploading on 17.10.2015 File:MX620 2702 Ferroeste 10.2014 2702lateral.JPG from a clearly copyrighted source ("© Estrada de Ferro Paraná Oeste S.A. - FERROESTE, credit: "Foto: Alfredo Kloster"), licensing the file with {{Cc-by-3.0}} (on which base?) and giving only a vague indication to the original source (no link, only "Divulgação Ferroeste" = divulgation Ferroeste). The check of the rest of uploader's contributions led to the nominated files below. Nevertheless: In the past the uploader managed to organize related OTRS-permission.

I don't know the motive and reason, but somehow the OTRS for these four images bellow have not been properly added on the past, probably my big fault.

Restored all OTRS certified files, which seem to have been deleted by mistake, as well as the OTRS pending files, which also seem to have been deleted by mistake, as both those situations were apparently ignored. The situation which caused the files to not being properly tagged with OTRS, provoking the suspicions of copyvio, doesn't seem to have been the fault of the uploader, as can be seen above. Files were in heavy use in dozens of pages, in dozens of sister projects, including many wikipedias. Some of the "files" deleted were actually mere redirects, some to OTRS certified files, with the redirect also in use in other projects. No reason was provided for the deletion of both the OTRS certified, the OTRS pending files and the redirects in use. The reasoning used - Gunnex argument, copyvio suspicions - predates both the OTRS certifications and the evidence that there was some problem with the OTRS certification of those files. Indeed, not only the 4 mentioned above were certified after the DR started, a significant number of others were as well, but all were deleted without any explanation, presumably by mistake. File:U6B 1 COSIPA.jpg was left deleted, as it was neither OTRS certified nor OTRS pending.-- Darwin Ahoy! 02:13, 26 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
