[edit]Out of COM:SCOPE (en:David E. Tolchinsky, en:David Tolchinsky).

- Hi Patrick Rogel, I believe File:David tolchinsky headshot3.jpg would be useful to illustrate David Tolchinsky's biography on Wikipedia. (With the addition of appropriate categories) Does that address your concern that the image is out of scope? Respectfully, Cassiville (talk) 01:04, 10 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Cassiville: David E. Tolchinsky's Wikipedia page has been deleted by community consensus in April and is has been recreated (by you?) without permission a month ago. --Patrick Rogel (talk) 10:29, 10 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Patrick Rogel: , From my understanding of the deletion discussion in April, the page was deleted for its promotional tone and links to personal websites. I believed that if those concerns were addressed in an unidentical draft that the page would meet requirements. Would you mind pointing me toward the process for requesting such permission so that I may do so if it’s ever relevant for the future? Cassiville (talk) 16:12, 10 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Cassiville: en:David Tolchinsky has been deleted today so image of him is still out of COM:SCOPE. --Patrick Rogel (talk) 16:26, 10 December 2019 (UTC)
