These are all works by Clemen Parrocchetti who died in 2015. They will be under copyright until January 1. 2086. There is no evidence that the uploader (who claims "own work" for them all) has the right to freely license them. That right almost certainly belongs to Parrocchetti's heirs.

[The following is copied from my talk page: (JLW)]
Do not allow to delete the contents that I have uploaded on the voice Clemen Parrocchetti: I am an heir (Clemen was my grandmother) and in agreement with other heirs we decided to create a dedicated page for those interested to know her work. So I have the rights to do so.

If that is the case, then one of the heirs who actually owns the copyrght must send a free license using OTRS. When that has been received, reaches the head of the long queue (several weeks or more), is read, and is approved, then these can be restored. Also p[lease note that claiming "own work" on work done by your grandmother is a serious violation of Commons rules..     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 09:50, 29 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not delete the images I uploaded: I am one of the heirs and in agreement with other heirs we have decided to create this page knowing very well that I have the rights to do so — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martino Guidobono Cavalchini (talk • contribs) 15:47, 29 May 2017‎ (UTC)[reply]
